Lionote: Refers to the product carriers through which Lionote provides services to users (including but not limited to: the Lionote app, Lionote official account and mini-program, and related websites under the domain www.lionote.com, etc.).
Lionote Service Provider: Refers to the network and software technology service provider of Lionote, namely Hangzhou Strawberry Interactive Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies.
Personal Information: Refers to any information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
Sensitive Personal Information: Refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal and property safety, and is highly likely to lead to damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment.

To provide you with more secure and reliable services, Lionote Service Provider strictly complies with laws and regulations and the following principles:
1.1 Lawfulness and Fairness We strictly comply with laws, regulations, and privacy protection principles when collecting and using your information.
1.2 Necessity We only collect and use information necessary to realize product functions and fulfill service purposes.
1.3 Transparency and Clarity We process your information with reasonable and publicly stated purposes accurately.
1.4 Security and Reliability We use information security management technology to prevent your information from being leaked or damaged.
1.5 Limited Storage Period We retain your information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the service purposes.
2. How We Collect and Use Personal Information
We use the collected personal information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy to achieve our product and service functions. After collecting your personal information, we will use technical means to de-identify the data. De-identified information will not contain information that can identify a specific individual. Please understand and agree that under these circumstances, we have the right to use the de-identified information; and without disclosing your personal information, we have the right to analyze the user database and use it commercially.

During your use of the "Lionote" software and services, we strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations and our agreements with users, using the collected information for the following purposes: (1) To provide services to you; (2) For product development and service optimization; (3) For security assurance; (4) For software management; (5) To invite you to participate in surveys about our services.
2.1 Personal Information We Collect and Use Directly
2.1.1 To Help You Register, Log In to "Lionote," and Use Lionote Related Services We provide services to you through the Lionote software. To use our services, you need to create an account using your mobile phone number or email to become a registered user. We will verify your identity by sending a verification code. Your mobile phone number and email address will be collected in an encrypted form.
You can also log in and use our services using a third-party account. You will authorize us to obtain the public information you registered on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, region, and gender information) to bind with your mobile phone number or email address, allowing you to log in directly and use this product and related services. If you do not provide the above information, it may affect your use of this function.
2.1.2 To Provide You with Other Services During the product/service process, some services may require permissions such as: enabling the mobile phone camera, reading the photo album, recording audio, storage, and writing to storage. We will explicitly seek your consent for these. If you do not provide this information, it may affect your use of the relevant products or services, but it will not affect your use of other Lionote services.
2.2 Information Obtained from Third-Party Partners We may obtain information generated or shared by you when using the services of third-party partners. Please read the user agreements or privacy policies of these third-party partner services carefully. Furthermore, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to guarantee the legality of the information they provide.
2.3 Collection of Information through Third-Party SDKs Some of Lionote's business services and functions require the use of third-party SDKs to assist in implementation, or are provided directly to you by third-party SDKs. These SDKs may collect some of your information with your consent. Currently, these SDKs include:
2.3.1 Liveness Detection SDK (Tencent Cloud Face Recognition) To implement the requirements of the "Cybersecurity Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, we may need to use facial recognition for real-name verification. We will obtain access to your device's camera, photo album, and microphone permissions after your consent. If you do not authorize this, you will be unable to perform related operations.
2.3.2 WeChat H5 SDK, Mini-Program SDK, and Payment SDK To help you use Lionote products/services in the WeChat environment and pay for value-added services, we use the WeChat H5 SDK, Mini-Program SDK, and Payment SDK. After your authorization, we will obtain access to your device information (IMEI), read/write storage permissions, and view network connection permissions. If you do not authorize this, you may be unable to perform related operations.
2.3.3 Network Service SDK (Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud) To provide you with network services and ensure your normal use of Lionote's related functions, we use network service SDKs. After your authorization and consent, we obtain access to your device information (IMEI) and MAC address permissions. If you do not authorize this, you may be unable to enjoy related services.
2.3.4 Location SDK (Baidu Maps SDK/Tencent Maps SDK/Amap SDK) To ensure the authenticity and credibility of location information seen by users and based on network security needs, we use location SDKs. After your authorization and consent, we obtain access to your city, region, and location information. If you do not authorize this, you may be unable to enjoy related services.
2.4 Legally Exempted Collection and Use of Personal Information According to relevant laws and regulations, etc., in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorization: 2.4.1 Related to national security, national defense security, and other national interests; 2.4.2 Related to public security, public health, public awareness, and other public interests; 2.4.3 Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; 2.4.4 Necessary for safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person; 2.4.5 Personal information that you have disclosed to the public on your own initiative; 2.4.6 Collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels; 2.4.7 Necessary for signing and fulfilling relevant agreements or other written documents with you; 2.4.8 Necessary for maintaining the security and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as discovering and handling product or service failures; 2.4.9 Necessary for legitimate news reporting; 2.4.10 Necessary for statistical or academic research in the public interest, and when providing academic research or descriptive results to the outside world, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified; 2.4.11 Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service is not mentioned above and collects your information, we will separately explain to you through page prompts, etc., the content, scope, and purpose of the information collection to obtain your consent.
2.5 How We Collect and Use Your Sensitive Personal Information We collect your mobile phone number or email address only for logging into your account. We do not collect, use, or disclose any other sensitive information!
3. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you use our services, we use technologies like Cookies to determine if a registered user is logged in.
We will not use Cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this Policy. You can manage or delete Cookies based on your preferences.
4. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
4.1 Sharing We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of the Lionote Service Provider, except in the following circumstances: 4.1.1 Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, for resolving litigation disputes, or as requested by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law. 4.1.2 Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information within the scope of your consent. 4.1.3 Sharing with affiliated companies: To provide you with better products and services based on Lionote, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information, which is bound by the purposes stated in this Policy. If an affiliated company changes the purpose of use and processing of personal information, it will seek your authorization and consent again. 4.1.4 Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services. We will only share your information for the lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes stated in this Policy. With your consent, we will only share the necessary information required to achieve the purpose (such as information related to professional certification, identity verification, etc.). If authorized partners need to use personal information beyond the aforementioned scope due to business needs, the authorized partner must seek your consent again. At the same time, we agree on strict data protection measures with authorized partners, requiring them to process personal information in accordance with relevant confidentiality and security measures.
4.2 Transfer We will not transfer your personal information, except in the following circumstances: 4.2.1 Transfer with your explicit consent; 4.2.2 In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer involving the Lionote Service Provider, your personal information may be transferred. Before such changes occur, we will require the successor to continue protecting your personal information in accordance with security standards no less than those required by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require the successor to obtain your consent.
4.3 Public Disclosure If your behavior violates Lionote platform management rules or laws and regulations, Lionote may disclose necessary information related to your account when penalizing your account. Other than that, Lionote will not publicly disclose your information unless following national laws and regulations or obtaining your consent.
4.4 Legally Exempted Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information In the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require prior authorization and consent from you: 4.4.1 Related to national security and national defense security; 4.4.2 Related to public security, public health, and public interests; 4.4.3 Related to judicial or administrative law enforcement such as criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; 4.4.4 Necessary for safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, but where it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person; 4.4.5 Personal information that you have disclosed to the public on your own initiative; 4.4.6 Collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels.
Please note that according to applicable law, if we process personal information using technical measures and other necessary measures so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, then the sharing of such processed data does not require separate notification to you or your consent.
5. How We Store Personal Information
5.1 Location of Information Storage In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, we store the personal information collected and generated during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we will not transfer your personal information overseas. If we need to transfer your personal information overseas, we will do so according to national laws and regulations and with your consent.
5.2 Duration of Information Storage We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide you with services. After the necessary period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
6. How We Protect the Security of Personal Information
6.1 We have adopted various security protection measures that comply with industry standards and are reasonably feasible (such as SSL/TLS encrypted transmission, encrypted storage, anonymization, etc.) to protect your information and prevent personal information from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.

6.5 In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you as required by laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedies for you. We will inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to inform each personal information subject individually, we will take reasonable and effective means to publish an announcement.
At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents to the supervisory authorities as required.
7. Information We May Send
7.1 While you are using our services, we may use your information to send emails, SMS messages, WeChat official account messages, or push notifications. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can follow our relevant prompts and choose to unsubscribe on your device.
7.2 We may send you service-related announcements when necessary (for example, when a service is suspended due to system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel these service-related, non-promotional announcements.
8. How You Can Manage Your Personal Information
You have the right to use your account. We own the account. During use, you should not transfer the right to use the account in any way without authorization, nor should you misappropriate others' accounts in any form. The behavior of the account will be deemed as the behavior of the account registrant.
We will take all reasonably available technical measures to ensure that you can access, update, and correct your registration information or other personal information provided when using our services.
8.1 Accessing, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Information You can log in to the Lionote platform page and query, correct, and supplement your personal information on the "Me" page.
8.2 Deleting Your Information You can request us to delete your personal information under the following circumstances: 8.2.1 If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations; 8.2.2 If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent; 8.2.3 If our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you; 8.2.4 If you no longer use our products or services, or you actively cancel your account; 8.2.5 If we permanently cease to provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and require them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
8.3 Canceling Your Account 8.3.1 You can cancel your account by: Logging into the Lionote official account, contacting customer service, seeking help, and requesting assistance in applying to cancel your account. 8.3.2 After you actively cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete your personal information according to the requirements of applicable law, or anonymize it.
9. How We Handle the Information of Minors
If you are a minor, we require that you ask your parent or guardian to read this Policy carefully and use our services or provide information to us only with the consent of your parent or guardian.
Regarding the collection of minors' personal information with the consent of parents or guardians for using our products or services, we will only use and share this information where permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the minor.
10. How Your Information is Transferred Globally
The personal information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored within China, except in the following circumstances: 10.1 Where expressly provided by applicable law;
10.2 With your explicit authorization;
10.3 Through your personal initiative.
