Sync Issues
Note Content Sync Issues or Slow Sync
- Lionote will fully check for updates and sync every time you open the application
- Lionote will check for updates and sync the content of a specific note every time you open it
- If sync issues occur, please switch to another note and then switch back, or exit the App and reopen it
- Lionote cloud sync is designed for editing in one place and viewing in multiple places, not for simultaneous editing (the benefit is that it works offline)
- Do not open or edit the same note on multiple devices simultaneously
- Opening and editing simultaneously will cause sync conflicts and content loss
Image/File Sync or Display Issues
- Please upgrade all your devices to the latest version from the official website
- Files and images are automatically checked and synced each time you open the app or a note
- On the original device (where the image/file was inserted and uploaded), check if it has been uploaded to the cloud
- If it shows as not uploaded, please click the upload button manually
- If it shows as uploaded to the cloud but still not synced, please delete and reinsert it
- On the device where you need to sync, switch to another note and then switch back, or exit the App and reopen it
