How to Ensure Data Security

• Data is saved locally as files
• After enabling cloud sync, it's equivalent to having an additional cloud backup
• You can manually backup the data folder regularly

How to Protect Privacy

• We first encrypt your access password using MD5, then store it only on your local device
• Then we use the encrypted password to encrypt the note content using AES encryption
• The encrypted content is used for cloud synchronization
• Since the cloud doesn't have the password for decryption, no one, including Lionote developers, can view your note content
• Lionote prohibits public access through browsers and other means, so there's no need for content review, and encrypted data cannot be reviewed
